One of our most popular trips is a weekend canoe camping on the River Wye. Spend two days gently paddling down-river surrounded my the stunning beauty of the Wye Valley. It's a great way to spend some quality time with your family and friends, and learn to canoe into the bargain!

The EVENING PADDLE -slow down and sink into the exquisite beaty of the River Dart. "With the minimum of fuss, Nick enabled us to explore the enticing beauty of the Dart.The shimmering reflections, the sighting of a
kingfisher, the ease with which a tasty supper was served from a
firebowl & watching the storyteller's face in the firelight as he
recounted the very ancient & fearsome myth. Then the silent paddle
homewards, feeling liberated by our night eyes ability to follow the
silvery pathway between the shadows. Back in the city we will always

Day estuary CANOE SAFARI
A day out canoeing on the stunning Dart Estuary. We canoe from Totnes to Dittisham for lunch in the Ferryboat Inn then back again. You'll spot lots of birdlife and maybe the local seal as well!

Wye Valley Expedition
A proper adventure! Carrying all our gear with us, self-sufficient, we travel several miles each day through changing scenery; flat
stretches interspersed with small rapids (nothing too scarey!). Camping
on river beaches and banks along the way, the pace is relaxed, and
there is plenty of time to swim, play, and rest...
