Dear Plot Holder,
Site Reps Elections at Tenantry Down Site Reps are elected for 2 years. First of all, Brighton and Hove Allotment Federation thanks Peter Burrows and Robert Froud the Site Reps at Tenantry Down for their work throughout the year and hopes this election process will endorse them and give him greater backing in the role. In many cases it is quite hard to find people willing to take on the voluntary role* of Site Rep. However seeing as part of this role is to represent the plot holders at each site there should be an election process so that the Site Rep has a proper mandate. In the unlikely event that there are more prospective candidates than Site Rep places, then an open and transparent election will take place.
