An expert jury had nominated three cases in different categories, and ISS was named the winner through live voting among the participants. Share@ISS won with 55 percent of the votes.
“Intra.Net Reloaded” is a leading event on digital workplace transformation in Europe, where more than 250 decision makers in communications, business and technology from global companies gather to discuss challenges as well as opportunities to create the digital workplace of tomorrow.
ISS’ app, Share@ISS, was particularly prominent in its focus on enabling frontline employees to easily share their observations and act on turning them into improvements. It successfully capitalises on a new commercial culture with an increased focus on proactive reporting resulting in higher client satisfaction, reduction in client generated calls as well as higher revenue.
Share@ISS was developed in collaboration with Orchard MBC and is continuously being improved and implemented on new accounts globally.
