PASADENA: NOTICE OF CONCILIATION CONFERENCE Land and Environment Court Proceedings No 10588 of 2013 Property: "Pasadena", 1858 Pittwater Road, Church Point An appeal has been lodged in the Land and Environment Court by the Applicant of the Pasadena Development Application No N0021/13 for alterations and additions to the Property for the purposes of a cafe, restaurant, bar, retail and motel uses. The Court has directed that this matter proceed to a Conciliation Conference and this will take place at 9.30 am on Monday, September 30, 2013 on site at 1858 Pittwater Road, Church Point to allow the Court and all interested parties to better understand the merits of the proposed development. The Conference will be conducted by a Commissioner of the Court. The purpose of the Conference is to conciliate the dispute. lf no agreement is reached, the matter will proceed to a hearing in the Land and Environment Court at some time following the Conciliation Conference. All written submissions received by Council regarding the Development Application will be provided to the Court. Submissions, plans and other documents can be read here (Pittwater Council Website).
