Firstly hello, I’m Beulah and I’m the project officer for allotments. I have met with some of you over the summer to understand the site rep role and the challenges that the role presents.
I would like to invite you to a virtual meeting for all site reps, with myself, my manager Paul Campbell (Park Projects & Strategy Manager), along with Mark Carroll (BHAF chair), Hilary Standing (BHAF secretary) and Vicki Williams (BHAF Strategy Liaison Team).
The site rep role is vital to the allotment service and without it we wouldn't have a functioning service. We would like to acknowledge and say thank you for all the hard work that you do. Despite all the challenges that Covid threw up, you have all managed to carry on.
Myself and Paul would also like to present where we are in terms of the allotment strategy, the projects that will improve it and how we propose to make the service more efficient.
We do hope you can all attend and there are two dates which will hopefully mean you can all attend one of these. Please reply, indicating which date you are likely to attend. Look forward to seeing you all 😊
