The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down -0.82% at 1,222,614. Oil Industry(+0.51%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest drop of the day was for Communication Equipment (-2.66%). Steel & Iron (-1.90%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 2,407 billion (approx. USD 10 million).Esfahan's Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD1 -1.82%) National Iranian Copper Industries Co. (MSMI1 -1.64%) and Social Sec Inv (TAMN1 -1.99%) were the the main movers of the All-Share Index. Parsian leasing (LPRS1 2.95%) was the most traded stock with IRR306 billion (approx. USD01.2million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 25,121 billion (approx. USD 101 million) up 0.00% from the previous trading session. |
Iranian knowledge-based companies have sealed deals worth millions of euros at the second specific forum in petrochemical industries. More than 800 million euros of contracts were signed with domestic producers to localize manufacturing of spare parts, chemicals, fixed and rotating equipment. |
