Position Summary
Gravitas Nevada, a respected cannabis company with retail, cultivation and manufacturing operations in Nevada and California, is looking for a Brand Ambassador to join their Nevada team.
As a Brand Ambassador for State Flower Cannabis and Valhalla Confections, you will be generating brand awareness through Word-of-mouth and Social Media marketing. You will be asked to provide feedback and insight on our products to patients, potential customers and vendors. Explain the taste, consistency, ease of consumption and recommended dosage that is expected to achieve the desired effect.
Specific responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Familiarize yourself with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
- Familiarize yourself with our products and effects.
- Educate customers, retailers, and budtenders on our products.
- Build rapport with customers and vendors.
- Monitor customer feedback and preferences around wholesale offerings.
- Represent the company at product launches, events, sales activations, and trade shows.
- Brainstorm ideas and participate in trainings and workshops.
- Drive sales at demos with knowledge, enthusiasm, and customer engagement
- Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge to be clearly communicated to patients, potential customers, and vendors
- Exhibit an appearance and demeanor that is professional, premium and responsible at all times.
- Maintain regular access to a reliable vehicle and regularly travel by car to retailers, office and industry events.
- Competent in required job skills and knowledge; must exhibit the ability to learn and apply new skills; keeps abreast of current developments; requires minimal supervision;
- Displays an understanding of how job relates to others; uses resources effectively.

- Must be 21+ years of age.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Position requires working days, nights and weekends.
- Ability to set up small booths or promotional stands
- Must be extremely charismatic, outgoing and a social chameleon – able to make friends with anyone in the room at the drop of a hat.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks as well as the ability to work independently.
- Maintain regular access to a reliable vehicle and regularly travel by car to retailers with
- needed equipment.
- Comfortable with public speaking in front of small audiences.
- Positive and upbeat attitude with exceptional people skills.
- Ability to represent the brand positively and professionally in a variety of environments.
- Cannabis enthusiast.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines
Other Skills and Qualifications
Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills in order to manage the diverse tasks and interact with the varied constituencies involved in the organization
Computer Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Interface.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
Valid Driver’s License and Automobile Liability Insurance.
Other Requirements
Must complete and submit an Agent Application Fingerprint Submission form. Must obtain a Dispensary, Agent Card.
Travel Requirements
Must have reliable transportation and be available to travel to various locations. Travel is required on a local level, may require up to 50% of Travel within the city of Las Vegas, NV. Travel may be required on a regional or national level for Sales and Marketing activities and or to attend conferences/workshops related to the organization.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit or stand, use hands, and to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Prolonged sitting or standing may be required, 8 hours plus. Those physical movements and the degree of mobility normally associated with Sales will be performed on a repetitive basis. The ability to distinguish letters and symbols, as well as the ability to utilize telephones, computer terminals and copiers is required.
