NEWS FOR CAT LOVERS
===================================

Here we are again! June is "Adopt a Shelter Cat Month."
Check with your local shelter to see if they need
any help! And if you or someone you know is looking
for a new kitty, this is a great month to get one. Many
shelters conduct special adoption events and you can
often get a discount. For example:

Houston, TX: http://bit.ly/kaP8wd
Council Bluffs, IA: http://bit.ly/mBdQTR
New Milford, CT: http://bit.ly/kaT32S

(To name just a few.)

And don't forget to check at Petfinder.com to find
someone in your area.

--------------------------

Feline DNA was used to convict man in a cat torture case
in New York. It's the first time animal DNA has been used
to win a conviction there. (I'm glad they got the guy, but I
can't read the story. My heart has been broken too many
times rescuing cats and dogs for 9 years now.)

-----------------------

My own news for this month is that my book is finally print-
published! For everyone who has been asking if they
could get it in print form, now you can!
It won't be on Amazon.com for a few days yet, but
the publisher has it available on their web site now:

https://www.createspace.com/3598798

For all you Kindle users out there, it's available there, too!
