RPS Music Awards Winners to be Revealed!
 
The winners of this year's RPS Music Awards, the UK's most prestigious live music awards will be announced at the Dorchester Hotel and online at 21.00 on Tuesday 8 May.  Check back then to read the complete list at www.rpsmusicawards.com
 
Tickets for the dinner are now sold out but you can hear highlights, music and interviews with the winners in a dedicated RPS Music Awards broadcast on BBC Radio 3 on Sunday 13 May, 2 pm.
 
 
Sound  Writing - Encore Creative Writing Workshop!
 
Join poet Esther Morgan and composer Cheryl Frances-Hoad in a writing workshop on Sunday 20 May (11am - 4pm) at the Apex Concert Hall in Bury St. Edmunds.

Run as part of the RPS Encore scheme this workshop will explore the relationship between music and poetry and is aimed at those with some experience of writing poetry. Poet Esther Morgan and composer Cheryl Frances-Hoad will share their thoughts on the links between the two art-forms, offering practical tips on how to strengthen rhythm and sound in your poetry.
