Unit 13
As you will have heard if you were at last Wednesday's meeting, building work was due to start this week on the new clubrooms. This did happen and on Thursday morning two skips appeared outside the building and demolition work inside began; this will create the open space that will become our new home. Below are a few images that show progress so far:

The toilet and kitchen area, part demolished

The main meeting area with doors and internal windows removed, ready for the walls to be demolished to make one large meeting room. The ceiling is also due to come down to be replaced by a new one that will be much higher (11ft)

Trumpet Blowers' Corner

Greg Duncan has just been awarded his BPE 3* - well done, at this rate you'll be catching the missus up soon!

If you want to blow your own trumpet (or someone else's), then this is the place to do it. Please let me know and I'll include details in a future issue.
