TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 1.30% at 318,670. Pharmaceutical (+3.84%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Metallic Products (-0.88%). Metallic Products (-0.88%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 1,953 billion (approx. USD 46 million). National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI +4.41%) Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +1.70%) and Mobile Telecommunication Co. of Iran (HRMZ +3.05%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI +4.41%) was the most traded stock with IRR 589 billion (approx. USD 14 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 17,300 billion (approx. USD 412 million), up 7% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 13,440 for a gain of 1.23%. The biggest riser was National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI +4.41%) while Nouri Petrochemical Co. (NORI -0.91%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 3,233 billion (approx. USD 76 million). |
