Workshop from 1 - 4:30 in Chapel Hill Sunday, November 10
We will:
Practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
Have a sound bath
Do somatic practices that help us connect with our authenticity
Have fun creating art that visualizes our emerging selves
Tea, snacks, and art supplies provided
