Tehran stocks edged up 0.08% to close at 85,660, making a seventh straight day of gains for the TSE All-Share Index. Paper Products (+1.75%) was the top performing sector, while the biggest faller was Ceramics & Tiles (-2.35%) with steep declines across the sector. The most traded sector was Base Metal (+0.52%) with IRR 300 billion (approx. USD 7.4 million) in value. Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +1.72%), National Iranian Copper Industries Co. (MSMI +0.55%) and Pardis Petrochemical Co. (PRDZ -1.4%) were the stocks most influencing the All-Share Index. The most actively traded stock was Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +1.72%) with IRR 183 billion (approx. USD 4.5 million) of shares changing hands. The total traded value of the TSE added 31% from yesterday, reaching IRR 2,836 billion (approx. USD 71 million).
