TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down 3.12% at 1,260,722. Textile (+3.81%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Telecommunications (-4.82%). Automotive (-3.61%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 8,711 billion (approx. USD 34 million). Persian Gulf Petrochemical Co. (PKLJ -3.91%) Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -4.80%) and National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI -4.51%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Social Security Investment Co. (TAMN -3.92%) was the most traded stock with IRR 2,995 billion (approx. USD 11 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 87,462 billion (approx. USD 350 million), down 21% from the previous trading session.
