This is just a short note to advise you that the entire Galileo GNSS system has been intermittently down since 01:00 11 July 2019 UTC.
It appears to me that the broadcast ephemeris are bad, however I have not found any definitive problem descriptions. I have verified failures in USA and Europe.

So, prepare for longer times to fix under canopy until resolution.
