Letters to the Editor
I
agree Bennetts Boatshed should not be demolished. As I have previously
suggested it could be re-furbished as a safe bicycle park similar to
Manly Council's Whistler St bike park.
Cyclists buy a key from council for $50. Cycles can then be chained to
for added security.
The shed is also conveniently close to a bus stop.
How about it Council ?

Home desperately needed.
Friends of Paul and Tracey having been staying temporally in
accommodation on the island and need a more permanent place to stay.
They have 2 beautiful gentle outside dogs. They are a quiet couple and
very responsible. Does anyone know of an off-shore house to rent
please. 1or 2 bedrooms.

Keys Found
At Church Point
Found "pile" of keys in the northern side of the shelter on Church
Point ferry wharf at about 7:00 pm last week. I have left them with the
Church Point Min-Market.
Just hope the owner has managed to retrieve them - there were lots, PO
box and car keys included!

At Tennis Wharf
I have just picked a large bunch of keys on Tennis wharf ( the TUG
pontoon) last week.
I've pinned them on the notice board inside the Tennis wharf shed.
I'm not sure that is a safe thing to do....
If they want me to hold onto them for pick up, they can call me on
0424100045.
I live close to the wharf.

Free Fridge
Medium size, upright fridge in working order is looking for a new home,
just in time for chilling your beer or wine this summer. A little bit
rusty on the outside but cool and calm within.
It is patiently waiting for you at John and Leanne's, near Tennis.
Please call if you are interested. 9979 7064 or 04106 80825.
