News: Tita ImpEx Partner with The Indian Film Festival The Hague Holland
The Indian Film Festival The Hague Holland, is a platform for contemporary film art from India and includes five days of cinema, five days of exciting programming and don't forget, five days of great Indian food.

As a primary catering partner, Tita ImpEx were responsible for providing authentic Indian cuisine, for the 5 day duration of the event.   '' The Tita Pop up Kitchen''  featured chefs from Mumbai, India and Master chef Mr. Singh, owner of Little India in Calahonda Spain.

The team was also joined by Sushi Clinic. For the Film Festival, Sushi Clinic worked with Tita ImpEx chefs to deliver a highly innovative selection of Indian infused cuisine in the form of traditional sushi.

The Tita ImpEx event also featured cooking workshops, as well as live dance and food tastings.

Recipe of the Month: Curry Masala with Tita Spices

 
Ingredients for Curry Masala with Tita Spices

3 tablespoons Tita Curry Powder Masala
1 whole chicken (with bones), washed and cut in pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves , finely chopped
2 green or red chile, finely chopped
1 teaspoon (Tita) Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Aji no Moto (optional)
1 tablespoon concentrated tomato purée
1/2 teaspoon (Tita) Chili Powder
Salt to taste


Step 1

Heat the oil in a large heavy pan and add the chopped onion, garlic and green chile and stir for a few minutes with the heat on high. Add all the spices except the tomato purée and salt. Stir a little and turn the heat down to low and cook for 10 minutes, stirring now and again to make sure nothing burns.
 
Step 2

Add the chicken and tomato purée. Let it cook for 45 minutes on a medium fire. Put some hot water in it, for a little sauce and add salt to taste.

Step 3
Serve with Basmati rice, chapatis or nan and any of the vegetable dishes you can find on
