PIONEER XDJ -1000
Pioneer have introduced their latest offering DJ offering and with what is a true sign of the times, have done away with the CD function in favour of a USB drive.
This allows users to link it with Rekordbox and various software platforms. The interface is similar to their CDJ 2000-Nexus, but it replaces a select knob for menu and track selection with a touch screen interface that will feature looping tool and effects. Exhilarated Recordings is a label run by producer Paul Jacobson, and specializes in all things house. Started in 2010, Exhilarated has furnished us with some great tracks from artists such as House Hustler, Jacker Khan, After8, CJ Marshall, Another Ambition and label honcho himself, Paul Jacobson. If you like house, bass and a touch of UK garage, then this is a label you should be watching. |
SOBEL PROMOTIONS, USA
Barbara Sobel is the founder of Sobel Promotions and has spent the last 20 working with groups around the globe. Working with both major label artists and independent acts, Sobel Promotions is a full service, "one stop shopping" promotion company which focuses on Dance Music.
They also work with Indie, Trance, Pop, Electronica, Britpop, Euro Dance, Techno, Alternative, Rock and Spiritual Music. |

Zero Digital is an independent electronic music record label based out of Southern California and founded by producer/owners Kinetec, Riley Warren, and Stillwell. The label is all about exposing new artists and new sounds for everyone from the audiophile to those fresh in the scene.
This group of friends realized that by working together, they would collectively have the tools and skills necessary to operate a dynamic and unique company that was capable of breaking through the underground dance scene. |

SCORCH FELIX, UK
After mvoving to Australia to host his own radio showKISS 90 FM, he
relocated back to London, hooking up with top house outfit DREAM TEEM, honing in on his production and remixing skills on their house label imprint DFbut
not before doing his first commissioned remix for S-Express "The
Return" and continued his production and remix career at Essential
Studiosworking alongside Gary Dedman
(Hoxton Whores) and remixing diverse
artists like Michael Jackson, Massive Attack, Alison Limerick, Ice T and David
Bowie, the huge anthem, "I Wanna Be U" by Chocolate Puma and "Outbound
Dub"). His single "All I Want" reached No. 5
on Beatport's minimal chart in April 2013. He is currently DJing all over the UK, pleasing crowds wherever he plays. |
MARTIN FORD, UK
Inspired by DJ’s such as Richie Roberts, Tony De Vit, Scott Bond, Sasha and John Digweed, Martin picked up the headphones in 1996 when he bought a pair of belt drive decks, some vinyl and a desire to be good at sharing the music he loved.
In 1999 this culminated in a Residency at the Birmingham Super Club Godskitchen where I shared upfront music with thousands of people each week alongside some of the biggest DJ’s in the business.Week in week out he continues to spin at events like Decadence, Love Sexy, Sounds of 54 & Basement to name a few. At the end of the day the delivery media is irrelevant, it is all about the music and the passion behind it, always has been and always will be.

OVII, FRANCE
OVii is a 30 year old DJ/Producer that was always fascinated by music. His DJ career began in 2004, where he started with a university residence. In 2014 he has played in multiple venues such as La Voile Bleue & Le Milk Club in Montpellier. Though never one to look for accolades, this year alone has had him winning 3 DJ contests: The Way Of House DJ contest where he spun at the Arena of Pérols withl well-known artists such as The Hacker & Greg Delon. The DJ Family Contest that saw him alongside
French DJ's such as Maeva Carter; and the Fun Radio Marseille DJ Contest that has him playing as huge parties with Fun Radio in the South of France. OVii’s style is a mix between emotion and energy. From Deep-House to Trance, from House to EDM, he likes music that speaks to him.
