Dear Reader,
 
The transition from Yom Hazikaron (Israeli Memorial Day) and Yom Ha'atzma'ut (Israeli Independence Day) is usually a transition from sorry to joy, but this year the transition was one from joy to sorry as the celebratory mood at the finish line of the 117th Boston Marathon was shattered by terror. Our thanks goes out to police and FBI for tracking down the perpetators and our prayers go out to the victims and their families.
