NEWS FOR CAT LOVERS
===================================
Is your cat left or right handed, er, pawed?
Recent research has uncovered an interesting trait among cats:
Females are mostly right-pawed, whereas male cats are mostly
left-pawed. Who knew?

---------Help! ---------------------------------------------
My friend Nancy is writing a new book about cats and has a
question. We're hoping some of you can help with whatever
you know on this topic: Are black cats considered bad luck
in your country? (Non-U.S.)
Drop me an email with your comments and perhaps even a
story about any black cats you've known. Thanks! I'll let you
know when Nancy gets her book finished and how to get one.
Right now her most recent book is called Book of Animal Poetry
and it's on Amazon, here:

Thanks to Claudette for this info. I have stopped using Iams here...
Unfortunately, it's getting harder to figure out what foods to use.
I have too many cats here to be able to afford the really premium
products. Consequently, I do a lot of home preparation with fresh
ingredients. It's no more expensive than the cheap foods, but it
costs more in terms of time needed to prepare their meals.

This section may contain stories that are potentially disturbing,
as they may be about abuse or other sad situations. They are presented
only if there is some action we can take, such as signing a petition.
No stories will be listed that are sad with no way to handle it.
