ISS Austria won the gold award in the Facility/ Security Services category for the third time in a row. In the overall evaluation, ISS Austria was rated third best recruiter in Austria with a score of 94 percent, while the winning company took the lead by a mere 97 percent. Additionally, ISS increased its performance score with six percentage points from last year’s result of 88 percent.
ISS consequently received its seal of approval from the BEST RECRUITERS organisation for having proved outstanding personnel work and excellent recruiting quality by means of above-average performance and special competence in the provision of personnel, thus fulfilling the criteria for the golden seal.
Dr. Kurt Babirath, People & Culture Director and member of the management in ISS Austria, said:
