The Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled meeting Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 7:00 PM.   Everyone is encouraged and invited to attend.

OF THE TOWN OF HUNTSVILLE, OCTOBER 2nd, 2008

 Public notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Huntsville Utah, Weber County, will hold a Regular Council Meeting October 2nd at the time and place set forth below to consider the agenda items below.

MEETING PLACE: Huntsville Town Hall, 7309 East 200 South, in Town.
TIME: 7:00 P.M.
AGENDA: 1. Call meeting to order-Mayor McKay.
2. Pledge of Allegiance-by invitation.

3. Department Reports:
3.1 Mayor McKay:
A. Set date for work session on revised Huntsville Town General Plan.
Set date for Public Hearing on Culinary Water Ordinance. (Oct. 16th)
Set date for Public Hearing on amending Title 15: Land Use Ordinance,
To include Outline for Planning Commission. (Oct. 16th)
D. Department Reports.

3.2 Council Member Sorensen:
A. Discussion and/or action on Trace Skeen's request to use Outdoor Stage area for
"Battalion" performance, June 26th & 27th, 2009.
B. Department reports.

3.3 Council Member Truett:
A. Department reports.

3.4 Council Member Ferre':
A. Discussion and/or action on proposed Resolution to increase Excavation Fees from
$50 to $75.
B. Department reports.

3.5 Council Member Johnson:
Discussion on Cory Thompson's request to rezone property located at 7300 E.
First Street.
Set date for Public Hearing on Cory Thompson's rezone request. (Oct. 16th)
