Immediate Input Needed for NV MJ Lab Committee Testing Regulations

The next NV MJ Lab Committee meeting will be March 4th 3-5PM, with a location to be determined.  Until the lab committee completes its work, labs cannot test medicine, so this limits dispensaries from getting open.  I met recently with lab committee member Savino Sguera, DB Labs, who is working on creating the necessary lists of pesticides to be evaluated along with methodology.  Me and Mr. Sguera plan on meeting again before March 4th, hopefully with some of the other committee members that are here in Las Vegas.   Here is where I need your help with the following questions.

1.       What are some specific concerns you have with regards to regulating MJ lab facilities and testing?
2.       Are their specific pesticides and products that you are using that you can send to me?
3.       What are your concerns with regards to lab costs being put onto patients?
4.       Would you be open to your test results to be released to the public or to be released only for research purposes?
5.       Please send any other concerns or questions I should be asking.

Below you will find the NAC code and a link to the last agenda and scrolling to the bottom of that agenda, you must write a letter to receive emails about updates on that committee.
