Temco-Euroclean signs agreement with FacilityApps.com

Belgian cleaning company wants to optimize its business processes through the use of tablets and the FacilityApp-platform in Belgium, the Netherlands and England.

The Belgian facility service provider Temco-Euroclean (a subsidiary of Temco Europe Holdings) wants to optimize its processes on the work floor through FacilityApps. The Temco Europe Group is the first international client of software innovator FacilityApps.com located in Purmerend, The Netherlands. During the international ISSA/Interclean in Amsterdam the agreement was officially ratified.
After the first introduction in October last year, the cooperation between Temco-Euroclean and FacilityApps went quickly forward. For it quickly became obvious that working with the FacilityApps platform would provide many advantages. The test period and the steps being set resulted in the confidence of Temco-Euroclean.
After an extensive test period at the AMC hospital in the Netherlands and at Bpost offices in Brussels, Temco-Euroclean was not only sufficiently convinced of the time savings, but also of the progress on the transparency of their operations. In this test phase, it also turned out that a fast and good linking could be made with the existing ERP, allowing optimum interaction between the ERP and FacilityApps on the work floor.
 Signing of the contract during the ISSA/Interclean on Wednesday 7th May with left Dirk Tuip, commercial director FacilityApps, and Benoit Maerten, Managing Director Euroclean.

This environment is also easy to link with other software systems, such as financial systems, FMIS or payroll. From the ERP system of Temco-Euroclean a real-time overview is generated per client showing per site the tasks, controls and trainings to be done within a certain time frame. These schedules are visualized in the App by a flexible checklist. The tablet user can then call up the corresponding digital forms and fill them out. The completed document is returned and processed automatically in the back-end environment and at the same time a signal is given to the ERP that the task was completed. In the coming months, all executives of Temco-Euroclean and Temco Facility Services will get phased acquainted with FacilityApps. Within a year they will all carry out their tasks on tablets on the work floor.
