+ 6.3% of visitors, + 9% of exhibition space sold, + 2 percentage points of international visitors from 99 countries around the world
 
Pulire 2015 closes with a triple plus sign
 
Pulire 2015 reported even better than expected results, at a time when the international exhibition landscape is dotted by negative signs. 15,136 visitors, (including 12,789 unique visitors), converged on the Verona exhibition centre with an increase in attendance of 6.3% on 2013. The event is increasingly international, reporting 26.7% foreign visitors, up to 2 percentage points compared to 2013 event (24.7%). The number of countries who visited the fair rose from 90 to 99.

 
271 exhibitors from 16 countries presented the the newest products, machines, tools and solutions in professional cleaning, on an exhibition area of 15,000 square meters. This area increased by 9% compared to 2013 edition. The companies with specific solutions for Outdoor occupied an external exhibition area of 853 square meters (208 square meters in 2013) and made demonstrations in an external display area of 2,000 square meters, designed by AMIA Verona for this specific need. A considerable part of skilled operators experienced the event in 2.1 mode. 
 
Origin of the visitors
Of the Italian visitors 72.4% of visitors were from Northern Italy, 17.3% from Central Italy, 10.3% from the South and the Islands. Lombardy led the way with 28.2% of the total, followed by Veneto (20.3%) and Emilia Romagna (10.9%). Also significant was the presence from Piedmont, Tuscany, Lazio, Campania, Trentino Alto Adige, Sicily and Marche. Foreign visitors were 74.6% from Europe, 17.3% to Asia, 4.4% from America, to 2.1% from Africa and 1.6 % from Oceania. The highest number of international visitors came from Northern Europe (36.2% of the total foreign visitors) and Eastern Europe (23.9% of the total foreign visitors). Germany, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, France, Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands were the European countries with greatest attendance. In relation to non-European countries there was a significant attendance by the Middle East and the UAE, confirmed again of great interest for the development of new opportunities. Singapore and China attended the event. Overseas leaders were United States, Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Mexico. 

Type of visitors
40.7% of the total visitors were composed of distributors, dealers, retailers, importers, buying groups, 34.6% represented facility management companies and manufacturers accounted for 16.5%. A lower percentage was represented by customers, suppliers and institutions. Business owners, and high profile figures including presidents or CEOs, sales managers and marketing managers represented the qualified public and purchase decision makers. 
 
Exhibitors
Looking at exhibitors, 77% of Italian companies coming from the North. Lombardy is the region with the highest number of exhibitors, (63 companies) followed by Veneto with 34 exhibitors. To note that Veneto lead the production, with major international companies. Significant presence from Emilia Romagna, with 23 exhibitors. 18% of the exhibitors come from the Center (Tuscany, Lazio, Umbria, Marche, Abruzzo) while 5% from the South. There were 16 countries represented, mostly from Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and France . Also remarkable were the exhibitors from United Arab Emirates, which is a key country for its connection to the Middle East. There were also exhibitors from China, from the United States and Taiwan. International delegations from Brazil, Singapore and South Africa were also in attendance. International leading companies have returned to Pulire, reflecting the fact that they strongly believe in the potential of the fair.
