TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share
Index started the week on a positive note, gaining 0.53% to close at 77,599.
Other Financial Services (+2.57%), which includes leasing companies, saw the
highest increase among sectors while the biggest faller of the day was
Construction (-0.79%). Automotive (+2.25%) remained the market volume leader,
recording trades totaling IRR 337 billion (approx. USD 8.8 million). The top
three positive movers of the All-Share Index were Mobile Telecommunication
Co. of Iran (HMRZ +1.77%), Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Co. (PNBA +2.96%) and
Golgohar Mining & Industrial Co. (GOLG +2.46%). SAIPA Group (SIPA +3.19%)
posted the highest trading volume with IRR 99 billion (approx. USD 2.6
million) of trades. In total 974 million securities were exchanged on the TSE
for IRR 3,280 billion (approx. USD 86 million), down 6% from the previous
session on Wednesday.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the thirty
largest companies by market capitalization rose 0.54%, closing at 3,139. The
top gainer on the index was SAIPA Group (SIPA +3.19%) while Mellat Bank
(BMLT -1.52%) slipped the most. The total traded value of the top 30s reached
IRR 448 billion (approx. USD 11.8 million), up 18% from Wednesday.
