Dear Members, 
We are officially in stage 1 of the Alberta's Open for Summer plan, EMSA is excited to hear of the re-opening plan for sports that was announced by the Government of Alberta on May 25, 2021.
We are currently working with Alberta Soccer to get more details and information in order to manage the 2021Outdoor Season accordingly in the best and safe way.

Based on this new plan the Alberta Soccer Association has created a new Soccer 8&2 Return to Train Youth Guidelines (subject to change) , effective on June 1st, 2021.
All EMSA Teams will follow this guideline during their training, please contact your team manager, clubs or EMSA zone to get all information.
ASA also provided to all district a “Reminders" with all information and consideration of each stage about returning to train and competition.
 
EMSA 2021 OUTDOOR SEASON 
EMSA Board of Director has decided to change the start date of the EMSA 2021 Outdoor Season (U13-U19 Community & U9-U19 Clubs) to July 5th, 2021 provided current AHS restrictions at the time will allow for it. The 2021 Outdoor Season will run until September long weekend.  After September long weekend EMSA will run the Fall Cup (details will be announced), if AHS restrictions at the time will allow it.

EMSA 2021 FREE SUMMER CAMP U11-U13 GIRLS & BOYS 
The EMSA FREE SUMMER CAMP is open for all EMSA U11-U13 players, it will be two hours from 9:00 am to 11:00am for 4 weeks in July (each week in a different location). Please check all details and registraion  HERE
 
EMSA COACHES
The coaching pathway is made up of several courses that Alberta Soccer Association offers inspired by the Canada Soccer Long-term player Development plan and is formed by the Coaching Association of Canada's long -term Athlete Development model. EMSA is excited to get back on the field with all Players, Team Officials, Referees, and Parents in the coming weeks, and we will work hard to make this possible.
Please ensure that you speak to your EMSA Zone/Club Office, look at the web site of the EMSA Zone/Club and EMSA Main, talk to your coach, so that you are aware of all of the information.
