Hello Firstname

Wednesday 29 April
This is the final round of the Bi-Monthly Print Competition when the overall winner of the series is announced. For this round the judge will be Roy Thomas APAGB HonFWPF.
Despite the parking, it would be really good to see a big attendance, especially as Roy has to travel from foreign parts (up the valleys boyo)

Unit 13
Things are now starting to come together:
  • The plasterers have moved in
  • Fire alarm wiring complete
  • Toilet drainage installed
  • All internal partitions now complete and awaiting plastering
  • Studio equipment ordered
  • Flooring ordered
  • The new ceilings are due to be installed over the forthcoming Bank Holiday weekend
The pictures below show the latest state of the meeting room, in the first you can now see that what is left of the first floor is now partitioned off from the main meeting room, in the second you can see where the ground floor windows have been filled in and the first coat of plaster applied.

Trumpet Blowers' Corner
It's that man again! In his first venture into the world of International AV salons (FIAP patronage), Greg Duncan has again shown his versatility by placing First in the Humour section in the Adelaide AV Fest with his AV entitled 'Why I gave up slide shows" - I'll see if I can persuade him to show it at club one Wednesday soon.

If you want to blow your own trumpet (or someone else's), then this is the place to do it. Please let me know and I'll include details in a future issue.
