So... as of yesterday I have finished making samples in support of our new pattern, the Easy Go Wallet (seen pictured at left), so now its time to get really serious about finishing up our work so we can publish it for you in mid-August on what will be our next new pattern!

We finally managed to get a bolt of Ann Lauer's gorgeous "Alluring Butterflies" (at left) fabric in stock on our website! You might remember that we used it a very early sample (at right) for our Easy Go Wallet pattern and many of you indicated some interest.

Rest in Peace- Alan Arkin |

Rest in peace Alan Arkin, who recently passed away at the age of 89. Mr Arkin was a favorite of mine. He seemed like a regular guy who easily be your next door neighbor! :)
He had a long and diverse career as a character actor who specialized in comedy but was equally adept at drama. He died on at his home in San Marcos, Calif.
