Ontario – Bill 87 passes 3rd reading - Vaccine Education Sessions now Law

On May 30, 2017, the Ontario Legislature voted on Bill 87, the Protecting Patients Act, 2017 and passed it into Law. Votes were, 92 Yes, 1 No.  The only MPP who voted against Bill 87 was independent MPP Jack McLaren. The Act also received Royal Assent the same day.

Schedule 1 of the Protecting Patients Act amends the Immunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA) as follows:

1.  To require parents to complete an immunization education session before filing a statement of conscience or religious belief.

2.  To expand the categories of persons who may provide statements regarding the administration of immunizing agents.

3.  To require those who administer immunizing agents to provide information to the local medical officer of health.

 

As Bill 87 rolled through the legislative process, oral submissions to the Legislative Committee hearings were limited to few people, and many who wished to make a presentation were denied. We are pleased however, that Vaccine Choice Canada member Heather Fraser was able to make an oral presentation which can be read here.

The Regulations pertaining to this amendment to the Immunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA) are not yet available.  So far, no details have been provided as to how these ‘immunization education’ sessions will be implemented, although there is some indication that the education sessions may be offered online.  It’s a waiting game now until the provincial government figures out how this is going to work.  In the meantime, parents can continue to file vaccine exemptions for children attending school and daycare. The Ontario government’s insistence that mandatory vaccine education sessions be imposed on parents is the first step towards removing personal belief exemptions. A corporate globalist mandatory vaccine agenda is unfolding around the world. The U.S. led the way with California removing parents’ right to file religious and conscience based exemptions in 2015.  Australia now imposes draconian penalties and loss of family benefits to parents who refuse to vaccinate their children with the full vaccine schedule. And only a few days ago, Italy passed repressive mandatory vaccination legislation mandating 12 vaccines without which children can’t go to school. Massive protests of thousands of people in Italy are pushing back against this medical tyranny which you can read about here and here.  An Italian observer wrote that, “Italy had been chosen in 2014 as leading Country for the WHO world vaccination campaign co-financed by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, therefore what happen here can affect also other countries.”

 

VCC petition against mandatory vaccine education sessions

For over a year, VCC volunteers have been collecting petition signatures opposing the legislation that will impose mandatory vaccine education sessions on parents choosing to file conscience or religious based vaccine exemptions.  The final batch of 1,132 petitions was tabled on May 30 thanks to MPP Jeff Yurek of Elgin-Middlesex-London. MPP Han Dong also tabled petitions. Petitions were presented previously in the House by Ontario MPPs Yurek, Ernie Hardeman, Todd Smith for a total of 3,163 signatures. 

 

The Ontario Legislature will only accept original signatures (no online signatures are allowed), and the petition must be read in the House or tabled by an MPP who will agree to do so.  Although we didn’t succeed in stopping the ISPA amendment, the petition process enabled us to alert thousands of people about the impending erosion of their health freedom and the right to simply say no to vaccination.  Thanks to everyone who signed and sent in petitions and special thanks to our incredible petition volunteers Skylar, Jim, Joel, Margaret, Krystyn and Rita.  You can read the petition and the response from Health Minister Dr. Eric Hoskins at our Petition page.

VCC at Total Health Show – April – 21-23

Vaccine Choice Canada had an information booth at the Total Health Show in Toronto for a second year in a row. Our hard working volunteers spent the weekend talking to hundreds of interested and concerned people. Many thanks to Skylar, Josephine, Joel, Margaret, Janet, Nicky, Leticia, Heather and Rita.  Heather Fraser gave a highly informative talk at the show which was well attended. VCC’s science researcher and Board member Nelle Maxey has just completed mapping out the provincial vaccine schedules – a time consuming and labour intensive project. In Canada, every province has its own vaccine schedule. The schedules compare the number of doses received in 1983 to what children are receiving today. The second page of the schedules details the vaccine ingredients a baby is exposed to in the first year of life, including aluminum  and mercury loads and various other ingredients.

Canadian children can receive anywhere from 14 to 19 vaccines from birth to age 18, depending on province or territory. Children in every province get 14 vaccines in multiple doses, while 5 additional vaccines are used selectively in some provinces and territories.

In all provinces, children get the basic 5 in 1 DTaP+polio+Hib shot (Pediacel) given at 2,4 & 6 months, or the 6 in 1 vaccine (Infanrix Hexa) which also includes hepatitis B vaccine, along with other vaccines which can total 8-10 vaccines given at one sitting in these early months of life.

 

However, there are many variables to the ages when the vaccines are given in each province. The Ontario and BC schedules are now posted on the VCC website at this link as well as on our Specific Vaccines page. Vaccine schedules for the rest of the provinces and territories will be added in the next few weeks once all the data is verified.

Vaccine Choice Canada Regional Chapters

The VCC Toronto chapter has been meeting regularly to share information and plan grass roots activities.  Core members have been active in public outreach, meeting with provincial MPPs to voice concerns about Bill 87,  and setting up information tables at various community events.  Thanks to Joel and Margaret who set up an information table at the Aurora Chamber Street Festival on June 4.  The festival attracts more than 30,000 visitors and more than 500 vendors from across the GTA.

A London, Ontario VCC chapter has also formed.  London area members have been active in opposing Bill 87, and made a number of oral and written presentations to the legislative committee.  They are also planning to have an information table at the Rebel Media Conference on June 17 in Toronto.

 

A Huron/Perth County Ontario group has formed to help inform the public of vaccine injury and lack of informed consent surrounding vaccines.  They are meeting the last Saturday of every month at various locations and showing documentaries throughout the day and sharing vaccine injury awareness materials.  The next event will be held at the Benmiller Community Hall (not the Benmiller Inn), 37015 Londesboro Rd, in Goderich on Saturday June 24th from 10 am to 9 PM.   They would love to have anyone who can attend join them!

Vaxxed-Unvaxxed Study

For many years people have been asking governments to conduct comparative research on the overall health of vaccinated and unvaccinated children. Without this research, it is not possible to claim that vaccines are safe and don’t precipitate neurodevelopmental injuries afflicting so many children today. Mainstream medicine and government health agencies have refused to do these baseline studies, claiming that it is unethical to withhold vaccination from a group of children in order to study the health of both vaccinated and unvaccinated children. This has always been a bogus excuse because there is a growing pool of unvaccinated, or partially vaccinated children in many families who stopped vaccinating younger children when confronted with the reality that their older children developed health problems following vaccination, not seen in their younger unvaccinated siblings.

A pilot study of home schooled children led by a professor of epidemiology and public health at Jackson State University collected data on the health of 405 vaccinated and 262 unvaccinated children, ages 6-12 from four states and found common childhood health problems. A main sponsor of the pilot study was the Children’s Medical Safety Research Institute which has also spearheaded important research into the negative health impact of aluminum adjuvants and other studies.

The study found that:

* Vaccinated children were 30 times more likely to suffer from nasal allergies.
* Vaccinated children were 4 times more likely to suffer ear infections and were 6 times more likely to catch pneumonia
* ADHD and other Learning Disorders were 4 to 5 times more common in the vaccinated group compared to kids who did not receive vaccines
* Autism Spectrum Disorder was also 4 times more common in the vaccinated group
* The most severely affected by the negative impact of vaccination was on premature babies who were given the full recommended government vaccine schedule.
* 32% of vaccinated preemies developed a neurodevelopmental disorder, whereas NONE of the unvaccinated children born prematurely had a neurodevelopmental disorder.
There was, “significant negative impact of vaccination on the long-term intellectual and neurological health of children born prematurely.”

The Future of Immunity Conference

Held in Spokane, Washington on May 20, 2017, the Future of Immunity Conference was sponsored by Informed Choice Washington and Institute for Pure & Applied Technology (IPAK).

VCC President, Edda West was privileged to attend the conference and hear top scientists speak of the emerging science, their concerns about the impact of environmental contaminants and vaccination on the immune system and long term implications to human health . Enlightened presenters were James Lyons-Weiler Ph.D, Theresa Deisher Ph.D, Tetyana Obukhanych Ph.D and Toni Bark, MD.  

The following issues and concerns were discussed:

* Provide medical professionals, public health officials, and the general public with critical current science regarding immunity and immunization that has not yet been incorporated into vaccine design or vaccine administration policies.

* Absent from current medical school curriculum is complete and up-to-date information about vaccine ingredients, adverse events and reporting, individual genetic susceptibilities and environmental factors that can predispose one to injury.

* The regulatory vacuum that exists inside a corrupt industry: vaccine makers are included in the top 100 False Claim Act cases, and the fines/settlements are in the billions, and hundred-millions. Some cases were assessed with criminal penalties.

* This regulatory vacuum also allows for new but inconvenient science about the immune system and immunization to be ignored, such as the recent discovery that the lymphatic system is directly connected to the brain, of which it was said, “They’ll have to re-write the textbooks.”

*Recent independent testing found metal debris and biological contaminants such as lead, chromium, nickel and many others as well as red blood cells of unknown origin in all samples of human vaccines tested. Effects of injecting these substances is unknown.

* Government and medical agencies as well as organizations funded by the pharmaceutical industry influence society’s discussion and public perception of vaccination worldwide and that they all work to minimize dialogue on risk in order to maximize vaccine uptake. Emerging science showing vaccine induced injury is actively suppressed.

* The benefits of vaccines are touted everywhere, while risk is intentionally silenced and data regarding vaccine limitations is ignored. A media-fueled culture of vaccine-risk-awareness ridicule now exists, and this is very dangerous. Vaccines are potent pharmaceutical products. They can no more be judged categorically as “safe and effective for everyone at all times” than can antibiotics or any other pharmaceutical category.

* Pointed out that, it has long been known that vaccines are not safe nor effective for all people in all situations. The CDC, FDA, pharmaceutical companies and scientists worldwide are well aware of this. Institute of Medicine (IOM) meetings since 1991 have acknowledged vaccine risks and injuries as real.

* Official messaging that permeates society aims not to protect individuals, but to protect the vaccine program, and this prevents flawed vaccine designs and a flawed administration practices from being improved.

* It is unacceptable to accept the collateral damage of a blanket vaccination policy since the advances in science and immunology now reveal previously unknown mechanisms of vaccine injury.

* Consider the whistleblowers. Two virologists who filed a lawsuit against Merck alleging they were instructed to falsify efficacy tests for the mumps vaccine (part of MMR ll) and threatened with jail if they alerted the FDA to the fraud taking place. Senior CDC scientist William Thompson, turned whistleblower, released thousands of pages of data revealing fraud in a 2004 MMR-autism study in which significant data was omitted, study protocol was not followed and findings that associated the vaccine with autism were withheld from the paper.

* The speakers and conference organizers reiterated that, “The topic of vaccine risk should not be taboo. There should be no fear or hesitation in discussing and understanding vaccine risk and safety. Everything about vaccines and vaccine administration should be re-evaluated based on this and other recent discoveries. The science is far from settled.”

 

 

Over a decade ago, neurosurgeon Russel Blaylock MD wrote a series of powerful articles on the mechanisms of vaccine injury to the brain which we reported in the 2004 Summer/Fall VRAN Newsletter editorial, Emerging Research Being Ignored. 

Based on an extensive review of scientific literature available at the time, Dr. Blaylock wrote of the destructive effects of excessive immune stimulation triggered by too many vaccines given too close together - a problem that has worsened as more vaccines have been added to the already overcrowded schedule. Dr. Blaylock’s review of the medical literature pinpointed the over-activation of the immune system, precipitated by vaccination, as the cause of immune system attacks on specific components of the brain and spinal cord.

The ‘microglia’ are the main cells that control the central nervous system’s immune system. In other words, the microglia are the brain’s own immune cells. The risk of giving multiple vaccines over a short period, as is prescribed today by the early childhood vaccine schedule, is that the adjuvants (immune stimulating chemicals in vaccines) will activate the microglia which then flood the area with destructive excitotoxins, primarily the amino acids glutamate, aspartate and quinolinic acid.

“When chronically activated, microglial cells pour out excitotoxins in large amounts, destroying neurons, synapses and dendrites, that is, the connections between brain cells”, wrote Blaylock.  “It is now known from experimental studies that seizures are intimately connected to the excitotoxic process. Not only can glutamate and aspartate precipitate seizures, but seizures themselves can stimulate the release of excitatory amino acids from the brain.”

That the immune system, nervous system and brain are intimately interconnected has been known for decades. “There is growing evidence that overstimulation of systemic immunity can produce deleterious effects on nervous system function, including neurodegeneration”, wrote Blaylock, and there is “compelling evidence” that over activation of the brain’s key immune cells (microglia) can “result in alterations in brain growth and connectivity during rapid brain growth, the so-called ‘brain growth spurt’.”

The most rapid period of brain growth occurs during fetal life and the first two years after birth. It is also the time when the largest concentration of immune stimulating vaccines are injected into young children which then ramp up immune activation in the brain and lead to varying degrees of brain injury and the attendant neurological disorders that are epidemic in society today, including autism.

Dr. Suzanne Humphries’ video lecture, Neonatal Immunity: The First Three Years, provides compelling information about how excessive immune activation in early childhood sets the stage for brain injuries.

In another report, Dr. Blaylock wrote, “This mechanism involves over activation of the brain’s immune system by the vaccines. Mercury and aluminum not only are directly toxic to brain cells but also overstimulate the brain’s immune system. There is compelling evidence that this mechanism can trigger Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s disease, Lou Gehrig’s disease and autism spectrum disorders, as well as Gulf War Syndrome. It is because of this mechanism that an unlimited number of vaccines cannot be given safely, and the more vaccines given, the greater the risk of substantial harm.”

Little to none of this critically important information, known for over a decade, has reached ordinary medical practitioners or the general public, in large part due to the suppression of the emerging science by vaccine manufacturers, vaccine policy makers, government agencies, and a bought media that ignores and actively suppress any new science that challenges the “vaccines are safe and effective” mantra.

Apparently the vaccine paradigm must be preserved at all costs, even if it means the sacrifice of the very children whom vaccines are intended to ‘save’.

We must all get pro-active if we are to stop the vaccine carnage and the march toward mandatory vaccination. To do so, it is essential we become informed about the mechanisms of vaccine injury. Never before in history has so much scientific knowledge been accessible to so many people.

Vaccines given in the combination schedules injected into children today have never been tested which makes it a de facto medical experiment. When these complex biochemical substances are injected into the body, they bypass normal body and immune defense systems with the attendant risk of epigenetically altering our biology on the cellular and genetic level.
