Tomorrow, 5 August, we will be having a third international zoom talk, 2nd time from America. Steve Gettle will be talking and showing us his images taken from all over the world, accompanied by some images by Nicole Sudduth. They will be hosting this zoom session so in order to get the invite to join in we (the club members) need to register (see below).
The Story Behind the Images
Have you ever seen an image and wondered... "how did they do that?" - "what is the story behind that picture?" Well now is your chance to find out. In this custom made program designed especially for the Bristol Photographic Society, Steve will answer those questions and more about the images you choose to hear more about.

Steve Gettle
Steve is a nature photographer. He photographs the natural world because he loves it. He has been passionate about nature since he was a small child, and is fortunate to have been able to build his life around nature and his photography. His cameras have taken him around the world and shown him wondrous things that he could hardly have even dreamt of. It is truly his privilege to share his work and experiences with you.
Nicole Sudduth
Nicole is an avid nature photographer who specializes in photographing wildflowers, insects, amphibians and birds. She has been photographing wildlife for over 15 years and enjoys sharing the wonders of nature and inspiring others in exploring that passion. Through her images she connects the story of wildlife and habitat, showing interactions and inter-dependencies that are sometimes missed. Her images and stories have been featured in publications of the National Wildlife Federation, Audubon and other nonprofit organizations.

You will need to pre-register to join the meeting - please follow this link to register.
PLEASE REMEMBER - YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JOIN IN THE MEETING UNLESS YOU HAVE PRE-REGISTERED.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain all the information and links that you need to join the meeting. Log in will be about 10 minutes before the meeting starts.
One thing to recognize is that this is a “webinar” not a meeting where you see 50 faces. The attendees will be able to see and hear the speakers but cannot speak. Instead, to ask questions, they will type into the Q&A box and Steve (Gettle) will moderate that. Additionally, you will be able to use the chat box (at the bottom of your screen) to converse amongst ourselves too.
