Afspelen van scope films (8mm / 16mm)

 

Als bij het afspelen van uw 8mm of 16mm film het beeld ingedrukt is (niet in proportie) dan is de film opgenomen met een anamorfotische (scope) lens. Om deze film weer in de juiste proporties te kunnen afspelen is het nodig om een anamorfotische (scope) lens voor de normale lens van uw filmprojector te plaatsen.

 

We hebben een kort filmpje gemaakt die laat zien hoe dit werkt en wat de verschillende mogelijkheden zijn om de scope lens te plaatsen.

If the image is squeezed (out of proportion) when playing your 8mm or 16mm film, the film is recorded with an anamorphic (scope) lens. In order to be able to play this film in the right proportions it is necessary to place an anamorphic (scope) lens in front of the normal lens of your film projector.
