Dear Plot Holder,
Site Reps Elections at Eastbrook Site Reps are elected for 2 years. First of all, Brighton and Hove Allotment Federation thanks Steve Miller the Site Rep at Eastbrook for his work throughout the year and hopes this election processes will endorse him and give him greater backing in the role. Please note: Current Site Reps are automatically nominated. In many cases it is quite hard to find people willing to take on the voluntary role of Site Rep. However seeing as part of this role is to represent the plot holders at each site there should be an election process so that the Site Rep has a proper mandate. In the unlikely event that there are more prospective candidates than Site Rep places, then an open and transparent election should take place.
