EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT: FTManaging the daily business affairs of the President & CEO. Must have at least 10 years of administrative assistant experience, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and be able to work on numerous projects simultaneously.

PROGRAM MANAGER: FTResponsible for the overall coordination of all CEA programs to ensure that program goals and objectives are met. The Program Manager will assist directors and program managers with project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and development of new programs. Must have at least 5 years of program management experience.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR: FT- Licensed Clinical Social Worker who will be responsible for the overall coordination, staff supervision and program development for the Therapeutic Support Program. The Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring the day to day interaction of therapists who provide services in individual, family and group settings. Must have at least 5 years experience in clinical management.

QUALITY ASSUARNCE MANAGER: FT - The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that compliance standards are being met to assure quality care and maximize programs standards as defined in Community Empowerment Association's Quality Management Plan. Must have Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, and 3 years in Quality Assurance management.

THERAPISTS: FT/PT - Working with urban families, youth & children. Primary responsibility will be to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, consultative/education, and case management services in family and group settings to children, adolescents and family participants in our Partial and Supplemental programs. Must have professional counseling degree (MSW pref.) and 3-5 years experience in the field.

FAMILY INTERVENTION PREVENTION SPECIALISTS (FIPS): - Working with urban families to stabilize youth in schools and communities in our truancy and after school programs. Must have 3-5 years experience working with youth. Bachelor's degree or some college preferred.

All positions require submission of current Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, a valid driver's license and a vehicle upon hire. Flexible hours --working evenings and weekends as needed.
