From now on you can choose to receive Essential's correspondence electronically, instead of traditional mail, to save on paper and administration.
 
Essential has teamed up with Go Cardless which is a free and easy way for you make payments whilst reducing our admin costs - Its a win win for both of us.

  • Simple, one time direct debit set up
  • Customer remains in control of payments
  • Customer receives notification of any request for payment
  • No transaction charges, no set up fee
Q: Does the customer benefit?
Essential has absorbed 3 years of inflationary pressures. Sadly, we cannot continue to sustain the service level we provide on existing rates so there will be a small increase in maintenance and monitoring charges.
 
Essential has carried out extensive market research to ensure we still deliver remarkable value in comparison to our competitors.
Don't worry - here's the good bit - A Rates Freeze
If you opt to pay Essential via "Go Cardless" and complete all your administration via e-mail we will be able to freeze our existing rates for yet another year - so there is no increase in your renewal rates if you help us go green.
