Public notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Huntsville Utah, Weber County, will hold a Regular Council Meeting October 16^th at the time and place set forth below to consider the agenda items below.

MEETING PLACE: Huntsville Town Hall, 7309 East 200 South, in Town.

TIME: 7:00 P.M.

AGENDA: 1. Call meeting to order-Mayor McKay.

2. Pledge of Allegiance-by invitation.

3. Motion to adjourn Regular Council Meeting to hold Public Hearing.

4. Public Hearing on proposed Title10: Culinary Water Ordinance.

5. Public Hearing on Title 15: Land Use Ordinance, to include outline for Planning Commission.

6. Motion to close Public Hearings and re-convene the Regular Council Meeting.

A. Discussion and/or action on how to proceed with the cell tower.
