‘Global education makes the learning more relevant and interesting for pupils, and so it contributes to their enthusiasm for learning.’
Extract from Buntingsdale Primary School Ofsted report, January 2016.
Recent Ofsted guidelines for inspectors now mention the GLP (see page 8 and 9)

Over 3,500 schools in England are now registered on the GLP.
Through free curriculum support, resources, training and funding, the GLP is helping schools deepen pupils’ understanding of global issues, while at the same time developing key skills and reinforcing learning across a wide range of subjects.

By using global learning to enrich the curriculum, GLP schools are finding that global learning is helping to develop critical thinking skills, promote SMSC; and foster values such as respect and empathy. Give your school access to the GLP or contact sarah.wise@pearson.com
