In this month's issue...
Welcome to issue 114 of The Pampering Times!

Hello Footreaders
Most of September was spent on tour in Devon, Cornwall and Gloucestershire.  This month is also about being on tour.  I'll be in Ireland working in Newry and Newbridge (Co Kildare) and then back in England in Garstang near Preston.

I will be giving a talk at CAM Expo on Sunday 5 October at 3pm on the Holistic Therapist Magazine, stand 1501.  There are only 10 spaces and you have to visit their stand to book your space.  My topic is "How to be an expert in your field".  But really I will be answering any questions you may have about your therapy business.

This month we have some fabulous articles.
Page 2 - Ruth Pretty is back with a Sweet Potato Bread recipe which is perfect for all you gluten free eaters.
Page 3 - Scott Marshall talks about medicinal mushrooms.  This is a small taster of what to expect next month from him in his article Forest Fungi.

Louise Exeter is back with "Butterflied in your stomach" on page 4 - as we migrate from summer to autumn, she discusses the 5 element perspective.  Her workshop advert is on page 7.  So too is my "From the Readers" page where you can see letters from Julia Mandle, Sonya Anderson, Monika Brecht in Germany and Glynis Leslie.

Have you got dry and damaged hair?  Doreen Cobey tells you how to treat it naturally on page 9 plus there's a bonus natural tooth paste recipe.

Vanessa Edwards shares her article on Feng Shui for bedrooms on page 11.

Your October Astrology from Diane of Positive Elements is on page 14 and on the back page are my diary dates.

In November I will be teaching in Nottingham, and Tonbridge and then focussing on my writing in December and January.

We're now planning next year's workshops, keep an eye on the website for details.
I hope you enjoy this month's issue of The Pampering Times and if you'd like to send in an article for a future issue, do get in touch.

All the best
Jane Sheehan
