'Once in a Lifetime' - Life Changing Stories & Images from the Edge
This does conflict with a regular Wednesday meeting, but I didn't have anything else to put in the newsletter this week and it was looking a bit empty!

Wednesday 29th October, The Kings Arms, 168 Whiteladies Road, Bristol BS8 2XZ   7.30pm

Over the past 5 years Lukasz Warzecha has carved out a formidable reputation as one of the top adventure photographers in the world. From documenting the efforts of the world's best athletes, shooting portraits of Reinhold Messner at the London's Royal Geographical Society, mountain biking in the Outer Hebrides  to filming short feature films, his work spans a whole spectrum of outdoor activities. Over the past couple of years, he has photographed on four continents.
This is your chance to find out what it's really like to have the "Life of a Pro". Is it all about glamour and jet setting around the world? No doubt Lukasz will be setting the story straight, illustrating his tales with his amazing images and inspiring films.
Tickets £8.00.  All proceeds go to Climbers Against Cancer

Copy Urgently Required For Newsletter
As you can see from this week's newsletter, I'm running out of things to write. So, if you have anything you think might be of interest to members, please send it to me at the usual address. The only proviso I would add is that articles shouldn't conflict with BPS events (photo course etc) or that they are not just ads for products or services.
