[Newsletter] Fall Midwest/Northeast Touring + "It Was Good" Book Release!!!

Well hello my lovely readers!!!

Welcome new and old subscribers alike! It's hard to believe that fall is actually here! The air is crisp, the leaves are beginning to fall, and boots are back!

So why is this barefoot-toting, summer-lovin' girl so excited about fall this year? Because it means we all get to sing The Fall Song! Yes! You get to sing it too! I'm actually working on a music video for this song right now and it involves kids and puppets. That's all I can say :) It's a bit of a tricky concept but if all goes well, you should be receiving a new music video in your inbox in the comming weeks! Stay tuned!

FALL TOURING...

When I released All or Nothing at the top of the year, I knew I wanted to spend as much time on the road as possible sharing the songs with people and getting the album into new hands. It's so hard to believe how quickly time has flown. I've got a few trips left in the year and I want you to come out if you can! So here's a quick rundown. Full calendar at the bottom of this email.

BAND TRIP! DC, Wilmington, Central PA

We've got a big show booked at World Cafe Live in Wilmington on Oct 26 but we're still trying to work out Oct 25 (central, PA) and Oct 27 (Wash DC). A few things have fallen through, so if you have ideas, shoot them over!

MIDWEST TOUR: Nov 1 -10

So very excited to return to the midwest. A few shows are already booked in Chicago and Columbus. If you would like to host a house show (MI, IN, IL, OH, Chicago) please reach out!

"IT WAS GOOD" CONCERTS + BOOK LAUNCH

Yes! That is a completely legitimate expression! :)

Quite a while back, myself and several other songwriters each contributed an essay for It Was Good: Making Music to the Glory of God. I'm so excited to let you know that it will be releasing in just a few weeks! That's my excited face :)

The book is quite unique as it covers topics ranging from touring, to kids music, to rehearsing, to songwriting. Other contributors include Charlie Peacock, Sandra McCracken, Steve Guthrie, Ruth Naomi Floyd, Hiram Ring, and more! Im very honored to be a part of it. You can learn more about my chapter here.
