Extraordinary General Meeting

As you are aware an EGM has been scheduled for 24th April at 19:00.
The attached document provides an explanation as to why this EGM has been called. It contains a summary of the results of the recent review of BPS finances. The document provides the background to the review, conclusions reached, and the proposed way forward. A summary of the financial data relevant to the review and conclusions is also provided.
