Over
the past several decades we've certainly
become a much faster paced society where (constant) change is almost always
the norm. Increasing demands & pressures in the workplace coupled with
requirements in our personal lives have increased stress levels to alarming
levels. This presentation will cover the following key areas: |

Speaker: | Roland Gelhard - Health & Safety Advisor, Eastern Region - ABB Inc. |
Roland graduated from the
University of Toronto in 1986 (Bachelor of Science - Molecular Biology).
After completing his co-op and apprenticeship at Paperboard Industries
(Toronto) he joined ABB (AccuRay/Combustion Engineering) in 1988. During his
career at ABB, Roland has worked with Quality Control Systems (QCS), gauging
technologies, customer support, field service supervisor and in health and
safety. Roland's current responsibilities include planning and scheduling of
field service resources for Ontario and H&S advisor for the eastern region.
