Events are coming fast and furious now. Prom is tomorrow night. I've been in contact with the Muskegon Sheriff's Department a couple of times this week. They will be in the area with cruisers and will provide random check-ins. I appreciate their efforts towards making Prom a safe event. Please have a serious conversation with your child about your expectations.

Last night, MITES held the regional student project competition in Big Rapids. We are proud to report we had 41 out of the 53 projects entered qualify for state. Garrett Visscher won the Regional Grand award in woods. Congratulations to the all the winners and teacher Rick Tank.

Tonight is the last night to catch Fremont High School Theatre's presentation of The Crucible at 7:00 PM.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students, and are available through the Dogwood Center Box Office, at ArtsPlace in downtown Fremont, or online at www.dogwoodcenter.com.
