In 2003, the Department of Homeland Security posted a white paper on their website that has since been removed, but alert people have captured it in order to keep it in cyberspace where it can be viewed- the paper is titled "END GAME: OFFICE OF DETENTION & REMOVAL STRATEGIC PLAN 2003-2012" This white paper calls for the construction of gigantic prison camps all over the USA by Kellogg Brown and Root, a subsidiary of Haliburton. Its been apparent to me for many years now that all of this was coming, so none of it surprises me. Over the course of the past couple years, in anticipation of the coming societal collapse and martial law, I embarked on a personal program of exercise in an attempt to become as fit as possible to better cope with the rigors of what is coming. Its not too late for more of you on the IAHF list to do the same if you haven't already.
Start walking, running, swimming, doing yoga, riding a bike, hiking, camping, anything to help you fight back against the terrorists: the police and military troops who will soon be on your doorstep invading your home just as shown in the Operation Urban Warrier drills in the video footage shot in Oakland California by Alex Jones.

I am now ranked # 1 in the 25 Meter Breaststroke in BC Canada (in my agegroup), and #2 in Canada. Four years ago today, GSK had not yet warned of Paxil heart defects. The
FDA had not warned of suicides caused by Zoloft and other SSRIs, or
homicides caused by antidepressant drugs. One-week old Manie was in a 12
hour surgery, the first open heart surgery in a series of many surgeries to
come. Isaac Philo was alive but not yet born, and still had not suffered
