We are very excited about our next new Tour & Trail destination, Corfu. We'll be covering the island at 40k scale with our usual Tour & Trail level of detail including 20 metre contours, the route of the Corfu Trail and all the walking routes from the latest walking guide books for the island. Our GPS ground survey will be carried out in June so we're hoping the finished map will be available by September in time for your Autumn adventures.
Madeira Walks Volume 2 – High Altitude and Challenging Routes At last, Shirley and Mike's new book is at our printers, and it’s looking good! We know there are a lot of people out there who’ve been itching to get their hands on a copy. The waiting is almost over!
The 40 routes are largely based on new official walking routes put in place by the Madeira government and so have the advantage of being well-made; in the event of damage, they are likely to be amongst the first routes to be repaired. Many of the routes are linear, in which case, be prepared for the logistics of accessing starts and ends of routes including taxi fares; full details are included in each walking route description.
We expect the new book to be available from mid-March/April 2016.
Walk! Dartmoor 2nd edition 2016 Don't forget that Kate and Alan Hobbs have reviewed and revitalised their Dartmoor classic.
