TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index ended the day 0.04% higher at 91,198. Sectors were mixed with Oil Products (+2.03%) gaining the most and Metallic Ore (-0.97%) leading fallers. Oil Products (+2.03%) also posted the highest daily trade volume of IRR 366 billion (approx. USD 8.7 million). Stocks making the biggest impact on the All-Share Index today were led by Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (PNES +4.42%), Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Co. (PKLJ -0.78%) and Tehran Oil Refining Co. (PTEH +2.14%). Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (PNES +4.42%) was the most traded stock on the market, with IRR 240 billion (approx. USD 5.7 million) in trades. Market traded value totalled IRR 1,627 billion (approx. USD 39 million), down 5% from yesterday.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the thirty largest companies by market capitalization closed unchanged at 3,893. The biggest riser was Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (PNES +4.42%), while Mines and Metals Development Investment Co. (MADN -1.53%) fell the most. Total trading volume of the top 30s added 56% to IRR 560 billion (approx. USD 13.3 million). |
