SUMMER IS IN FULL EFFECT! June is upon us and you know that means it's a busy month for the Junkies!
The Dilated Junkie himself, Dj Babu, will be djing this Saturday at one of LA's consistent Hip Hop joints, "The Boombox", along with the talented Dj Day. Shoutouts to Inka One. The hardest working Dj from the Bay Area, Shortkut will be globetrotting this month as he spins from the Bay to Taipei, back to the Bay to do a show with the Funky President, J.Rocc at Mighty this month. I will be spinning at the Shift 3 Year Anniversary with special guest, the homie Dj Numark & of course my mellow, my man, Plann B, and I will be rocking with The Visionaries at another show called "Back To Basics" this month with an All-Star line up! PLUS, Free Downloads by the Funky President, J.Rocc, with another Flaunt Edwards edit, & of course, yours truly, Rhettmatic, with the "Excerpts From The SP1200" Vol. 1, courtesy of FWMJ's Rappers I Know. Enjoy!
And yes, we're going to keep on plugging this, even when you get sick of hearing it. IT'S OFFICIAL!! THE BEAT JUNKIES will be celebrating their 20 YEAR ANNIVERSARY this year!!! We will be embarking on a World Tour to celebrate this monumental milestone. The first official show is on Saturday, June 30th at the Echoplex, in our hometown of Los Angeles! Check out the EPK Trailer below! We will have a San Francisco show in September, as well as an European & Asia Tour, later on to be announced. So SAVE THE DATE & stay tuned for other details.
