THE INEVITABLE HAPPENED... |
|
Dear reader,
This special newsletter is to inform you that one of our dear partners has passed away.
Piet Mozes of Piet Mozes Classic Car Restorers lost the battle from his illness on November 15. Piet has been a very dear friend, an amiable colleague and a highly respected craftsman. Piet reached the age of 62 years. Full of passion he followed his own path in life. In his work Piet regarded perfection and good personal relations as the most important values. On Saturday 21 November hundreds of people gave their last respects to Piet during the farewell service. The service was orchestrated by himself into detail. He was taken to his final resting place with his own trailer and in his specially designed 'transport box' coffin.
Piet will live on in our memories and in the dozens of wonderful classic cars he has restored with his own hands. These cars have been restored to last and will be cherished by their lucky owners for many years to come.
The firm of Piet Mozes Restorations in Heerenveen, the Netherlands, will be in business until the end of 2015. His daughter Denise Mozes and his mechanic Erwin Evertzen will complete the current projects to the high standards which Piet Mozes Restorations is renowned for.
