IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Welcome to Mrs. Vicky Bowman, our new 5th grade teacher! Mrs. Bowman comes to us with a wide range of experiences in the school settings. We are so excited for her to join us!
-As we head into the winter months, please remind your children to bring their winter gear to school for recess. Snow pants, coats, boots, hats, and gloves/mittens are needed to keep our kids safe and warm during recess. Just a reminder to send their shoes to school with them as well as boots should not be worn in our classrooms. Thank you for your help in this matter!
CELEBRATIONS
-We have recognized OVER 3,500 instances of positive student behavior in the month of November! In an effort to affirm the good decisions our making, one of the ways that we do this is through handing out “Packer Bucks”. Students can enter into weekly drawings or save their Packer Bucks to spend in the monthly Packer Vault. Our students are really excited about the Packer Vault as well as the weekly drawings.
-Thank you for reinforcing the mask expectations as well as the hand washing protocols that we have implemented to ensure student safety at Daisy Brook. We are grateful to still be able to teach and learn “in-person” and couldn’t do this without your support!
