CatalystCon West Kicks Off Thursday Night With The CatalystCon Film Series!
 
Join us Thursday evening at 8pm for screenings of a special preview cut of Slut: A Documentary Film, followed by a Q&A with The UnSlut Project's Emily Lindin, and Lady Valor: The Kristin Beck Story, followed by a Q&A with Kristin. Both Q&A sessions will be hosted by Carol Queen.

The American College of Sexologists International invites you to be a part of their new member's promotional profile. Pre-Conference Workshops

Registration is still open for our Pre-Con Workshops. Rachel Kramer Bussel is teaching Erotica 101 and Sex Writing 101 on Friday from 9:15am-12:15pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm. Each workshop is $45, or $79 if you register for both. Mo Beasley is teaching Writing/Performing Erotika for the Stage on Friday from 1:30pm-4:30pm. This workshop is $45.  
 

We are also offering a free business seminar on Friday from 2:00pm-3:30pm. Protecting Your Original Ideas: Trademark, Copyright, and Counterfeit Sales will be presented by Peter Phinney and Jeff Carter of the online piracy watchdog group Piracy Stops Here. The seminar is free and open to the public, but registration is recommended to guarantee seating.

 
 
Bookseller and Book Signing Schedule
 
Stories Books & Cafe is returning as the official CatalystCon West bookseller and will be located in the Concourse Ball Exhibitor Hall. They will also be hosting book signings throughout the weekend with CatalystCon speakers, including Carol Queen, Joan Price, Cunning Minx, and Rachel Kramer Bussel. Attendee Reminders

Registration will open at 4pm on Friday in the Concourse Ballroom Foyer. Please bring your Eventbrite confirmation with you to registration, as well as your Student ID if you registered with a student discount.
 
Our shy/newbie meetup will take place on Friday from 4:00-5:00pm. If you're new to CatalystCon, shy, or traveling alone, stop by to make some new friends! RSVP is not required, but you must have your CatalystCon badge to enter.
 
Our private sex worker meet up will take place on Friday from 5:00-6:30, and will be hosted by our Sex Worker Liaison Savannah Darling. This meetup is for current and former sex workers only, and pre-registration is required.
 
CatalystCon Networking will take place on Friday from 5:30-6:30. RSVP is not required, but you must have your CatalystCon badge to enter.
